Shadow work doesn’t need to be so serious. Playing Shadow is a women’s camping retreat designed to help you meet the hidden parts of yourself with creativity, curiosity, and a genuine sense of playfulness. If you’ve been wanting to do deeper inner work but want to do so in good company, this one’s for you.
Our Playing Shadow Women’s Retreat is quickly approaching and I wanted to share more details with you here.
What the weekend includes:
Shadow work exploration through a playful lunar lens
Creative mask making where supplies are provided and you can take your mask home
Guided gentle movement, silent walks, and other embodiment practices
Meals provided, plus a potluck dinner Friday night where everyone brings a dish to share
Dream time sound bath meditation
Animal archetype and creature wisdom exploration
Conversations on collective shadow and culture making
Spaciousness woven through the days for rest, journaling, wandering, or whatever you need
Details:
Cost: $350 for the full weekend
Arrival: 2pm Friday, August 7
Departure: ~2pm Sunday, August 9
Location: Sertera Farm, nestled in rolling hills about 10 minutes from Paso Robles. Full details shared upon registration.
